This rental price fully includes cleaning and consumption costs (water, heating and electricity). Charging of electric vehicles must always be explicitly requested, this consumption is charged separately. Bed linen rental is optional (€10 pp). You have to provide your own kitchen linen and bath linen. Any consumption of pellets will be charged separately (€6 per bag)

Warranty: € 300

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional warranty.
It is not allowed to organize student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
Pets are not allowed.
